Attention All Valued Guests,


    We would like to thank everyone that participated in our Curb-side Pick-up over the past couple of weekends leading up to the holidays and thank you all for supporting us during this trying time. 
As you are all aware, as of November 23rd, 2020 non essential services have been shut down. This shut down has now been extended into the new year. Currently, we are still unsure of the exact date, but we are hoping that by mid January 2021, to be reopening our doors to all of you again!

    During this extended closure, we will still be following our updated procedures, such as being away from the salon and not answering any calls or emails. The schedule will be left as is, meaning we will not be making any adjustments nor will we adding in any new bookings until all previous booked clients get rescheduled first.  


Our last day for Curb-side orders and pick up will be held on Saturday December 19th, 2020 from 11:00 am – 4:00pm. 

    Once we find out anymore information from the government or make any changes to what we will be doing or how we will be operating, you will all be the first to know. At this time, we ask that you stay safe and healthy.

    Keep an eye out for any social media posts, or newsletters containing important information. As previously mentioned before, we are still unsure of the exact reopening date, but assure you all that as soon as we find out, we will be contacting you. 

    All procedures before the second closure will still be in place, such as, mandatory mask wearing, at all times on the premises and regular disinfecting and sanitization.

Attention All Valued Guests,

     As you are all aware of the recent announcement on Friday, we will be officially closing on Monday, November 23rd , 2020, due to the COVID – 19 pandemic, at this time we are unsure of when we will be re-opening. During our closure we will be “out of office”, meaning we will NOT be making any new appointments, nor will we be answering calls or emails.
     On that note, we will be cancelling all up coming appointments, do not worry, if you have a prebooked appointment and you are in our schedule, then you will be called back when we re-open so that you can reschedule your missed appointments. To  keep things running smoothly we will be contacting all booked in clients in order, starting from the closure date and moving forward. This way no one will be left out and you will get your original spot before walk-ins or anyone making a new appointment.

     Yes, we are still offering Curb-side Pick-up! Starting on Saturday November 28th 2020, our Family and Friend's weekend, you can place your orders from 11:00am – 4:00pm (please call or email ahead of time with your product specifics and have your credit card number ready), we will then have them packaged and ready for pick up on the same day or following day Sunday November 29th 2020 from 11:00am – 4:00pm, just give us a call when you arrive!  Family and Friend’s Sale will be  20% off products, as well as, buy any 2 (full size) Nutriplenish or Botanical Repair product and receive a FREE (full size) Aveda paddle Brush (while supplies last)!

     Once again, our Curb-side Pick-up will exclude pre-mixed colour for at home applications, as each client’s formula is so unique and Aveda colour does not come pre-mixed, with us being on lock down we would have no colourist available to create every single mixture.
     We will be keeping you all updated on our situation through our Instagram, website, and Newsletters, so please keep your eye out for any of these, as they will contain important information to prevent any confusion and to keep you all “in the know”! 
We hope that you all stay safe and healthy during this unknowing time and please follow the guidelines posted by the Ontario Health Board, so that we can finally get over all this and get back to our normal lives!

REOPENING FRIDAY JUNE 26TH                                                                               


At this time we will be taking appointments only, no walk ins available.

Please be patient since we will be scheduling clients who have already had appointments with us prior to closing first.


If you have any symptoms of fever, cough, sniffles, difficult breathing or do not feel well with allergies, we ask that you do not come into the salon.


We ask that you attend your appointments alone and arrive only 5 minutes prior since you will need to wait outside.


Please do not bring food, drinks, extra bags or devices other than your cell phones.


Masks are required to be worn the entire time in the salon. If you have a medical condition that restricts you from wearing a mask please let us know when making the appointment so that we can schedule you in at a time when fewer people are in the salon.


For the time being we ask if possible that haircut appointments come in with freshly washed wet hair, shampooing will be for colour services only.


As we are trying to keep blow drying at a minimum this will be an optional service.


We will be asking clients to sign an agreement to ensure physical distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing measures are taken both by salon and clients.

Safety is our biggest concern for both client and stylist. We are taking no risks. This is a learning curve for all of us and we ask for your patience and flexibility while we accommodate everyone’s requests the best we can. We can’t wait to get back to work and see you all!

New COVID-19 Protocol 

To our valued guests,

We want to sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging situation. The health, safety & well-being of our guests, staff and community are most important to us. We have been working hard preparing for our reopening. At this time, we have not been given a date allowed to reopen.

We know our guests expect the highest standards at Perri & Palmacci Hair Company, and we are committed to providing that even during this challenging time. We believe the safest way to handle the salon situation is to treat everyone, including ourselves, as if they could be infected. It is our responsibility to provide a safe, sanitized, and comfortable environment to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff, and our community. As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to share the decisions made to enhance your P&P experience.

Our plan is to go beyond what is recommended. As we have consulted with other, very reputable Aveda Salons,  to create our own safety protocols to keep everyone safe. The following list will outline those protocols as well as inform you of what to expect upon returning to the salon.​

We understand that you are all eager to be rescheduled. We have had to cancel many appointments over the past 8 weeks. We will personally call each guest whose appointment was cancelled. To be fair to all, calls will be in order of original appointments. Again, we appreciate your patience as we navigate through this new challenge.

  • Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon.   We will be seeing clients by appointments only (NO WALK-INS). This will help us limit the amount of people coming into our salon at any given time.

  • Six feet apart minimum (except when our staff is servicing clients) and

       utilized every other station to ensure social distancing.

  • Cleaner Air - To avoid blowing germs around, we will minimize the use of a blow-dryer to finish your service by allowing clients the option to not have a blow-dry (This is only a temporary precaution)

  • Treating everyone, including staff, as if they could be infected

  • Temporarily suspending all complimentary services; NO rituals, NO hand massage, NO neck massage, No beverages. Rest Assured, we hope to get back to a new normal and offering many of the added value services and extras you have come to enjoy

  • No sample products or testers will be available

  • All staff have updated certification on Sanitation protocols via Barbacide ™

  • Face/Eye protection may be worn by stylists during shampooing 

  • Please understand if you are getting a color retouch, you may have an up-charge for your color because of the need to use more color than usual 

  • Modified schedules and hours Tuesday To Friday 10-7 Saturday & Sunday 10-6


These protocols will continue to be refined and adjusted as needed to keep you informed every step of the way


Preparing For Your Appointment:


  1. ​If you are not feeling well or have any symptoms including fever, cough, sniffles or difficult breathing we ask you to please cancel and reschedule your appointment. 

  2. Please bring your own personal mask from home, as we have a limited supply in our  location.

  3. Arrive in clean clothing, with ONLY your personal device and form of payment. (No shopping bags, etc.)

  4. Attend appointments ALONE. Friends and family will be asked to stay at home.

  5. Arrive no more than FIVE minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  6. Clients who prefer not to have their hair washed at the salon, will be asked to arrive with either clean, dry hair without any styling products applied or freshly washed, wet hair.

  7. Outside food and beverages will NOT be permitted in the salon. Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.

​Arriving At Your Appointment:

  1. Do Not Enter the Salon if have any symptoms including fever, cough, sniffles or difficult breathing

  2. Upon entering the salon, we ask the you please disinfect your hands  using the sanitation station provided. It is also advised to use the restroom and wash hands with clean water and soap for a minimum of 20 seconds.

  3. Waiver * Must be completed & submitted before Appointment.

 During Your Appointment:

  1. Stress-relieving massages, hot towel treatments will be temporarily unavailable.

  2. Shampoo services will only be available for removing colour, otherwise optional for hair cutting service.

  3. If you wish to buy any Aveda products, one of our staff will collect the preferred products and have them ready for check-out at the end of your service.

  4. Haircut clients may leave with wet hair, styled with product, or put up, as preferred. Blow dry and styling services will be optional

  5.  We are grateful for your support and understanding during this time and will continue to assess this situation as things evolve. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to keep safe, stay informed, and follow the advice of health care officials.


We Have Mandated That All Staff Members:

  1. Stay home if they are feeling sick and/or not feeling well.

  2. Wear a mask at all times.

  3. Engaging in touch-less greetings and goodbyes We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.

  4. Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.

  5. Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, before and after every appointment.

  6. Clean and disinfect their chair and station, before and after every appointment.

  7. Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.


​​We have taken extra precautions and cleaning measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients, and we ask that all guest follow the guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience at our salon.
