Because no-shows and cancellations affect us, we require that you give us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time.
In order to receive a redo service P&P Hair Company must be contacted within a week of performed service. An appointment must be booked with the original stylist that performed the services in order for us to assess the situation and to determine if the redo is required.
When purchasing Aveda products, please be advised that you have up to 7 days with receipt to either exchange or return the product. The product must be 75% full. There will be no refunds or exchanges after 7 days. All make-up purchases are final.
Please be advised that there are no refunds on services that have been already performed. If you are unsatisfied a complimentary redo or another solution may be offered to our discretion.
