ONLINE BOOKING  CANCELLATION POLICY

Perri & Palmacci Hair Company requires a 24-hour notice for cancellation or changes to your scheduled appt to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests cancelling less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service.
When booking a same day appointment or within a 24-hour time frame, we kindly request that you provide us with 3 hours notice of any cancellation or change to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We recognize that although unforeseen emergencies do happen, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy when it has happened on more than one occasion.

Please call or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments. As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and a cancellation fee.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting the Salon are considered absentee and are subject to a cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

CORRECTION SERVICE POLICY

Perri & Palmacci Hair Company aims to provide the highest quality of service. We require our guests to contact us within 1 week of the performed service if they believe the result is not in line with the agreed upon consultation. An appointment is then made to come in and consult with the salon manager and stylist at which time, an assessment will be done to determine if a correction service is necessary. Please keep in mind, going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired goal. Please be advised that there are no refunds on services that have been already performed. If you are unsatisfied a complimentary redo or another solution may be offered to our discretion

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Perri & Palmacci Hair Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.
